The Corn and Mustard Mill ‘De Verwachting’ in Hollum is located where the old corn mill stood between 1840 and 1949. In 1988, the mill was rebuilt as a scaffold mill. Flour is ground here as well as mustard is made. Volunteer millers and mustard makers are regularly present to demonstrate the production process. During these days, they are happy to explain to visitors.
