Waddenvilla 19 is a rural, semi-detached 6-person villa between Hollum and Ballum, near the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea, chosen as the most beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands. The villa is equipped with: wifi, lcd-tv, radio/cd player, patio doors to the spacious, sheltered terrace on the south, glass windscreen and a large garden. Space and privacy are highly valued. The small-scale bungalow park has a playground and a number of play equipment. The bus to and from the ferry stops 50 meters from the front door of Waddenvilla 19.

You enter a spacious hall from which you have access to the living room and to a bedroom with 2 box spring beds. This bedroom has a small bathroom with shower and sink. From the hall you also have access to a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and the stairs to the upper floor.

The spacious, cozy living room with open kitchen and dining area overlooks the terrace in the south and the spacious garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, combi-microwave, kettle, coffee maker and Senseo.

Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with 2 box spring beds and a hanging closet. One bedroom has a tv, the other a 10-lamp sun canopy. Furthermore, there is a spacious bathroom on the upper floor with a separate shower, bathtub, sauna, sink and a toilet.

The villa is smoke-free. Your pet is welcome on the ground floor.

A child seat, camping bed, child's bed and stair gate are available.
